Account Settings

The Account page (/dashboard/account) lets you manage your profile, review your plan, and control account lifecycle settings.

View and update your name and email address associated with your PerfLeaf account.

The account page shows:

  • Your current plan name (Sprout, Grow, or Bloom)
  • The plan price
  • Key plan features (sites limit, pages per crawl, AI model, etc.)
  • An Upgrade button if a higher tier is available

If an admin has provisioned a custom plan for you, a Pending Plan notice will appear. You can:

  • Proceed to checkout to activate the new plan
  • Cancel the pending plan to stay on your current plan

If you want to delete your account, the Danger Zone section lets you schedule deletion with a 7-day grace period:

  1. Tick the I understand this will delete all my data confirmation checkbox.
  2. Click Schedule Account Deletion.
  3. Your account is marked for deletion in 7 days.

During the grace period:

  • A warning banner is shown at the top of the page.
  • All your sites, reports, and data remain accessible.
  • You can cancel the deletion at any time by clicking Keep My Account.

After 7 days, your account and all associated data (sites, reports, exports, media) are permanently deleted and your Stripe subscription is cancelled.
