Plans & Billing
PerfLeaf offers three plans to suit different monitoring needs, from individuals to large teams.
Upgrading your plan
Section titled “Upgrading your plan”- Go to Dashboard → Account.
- Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
- You’ll be redirected to the secure Stripe checkout page.
- Complete payment — your plan is activated immediately on successful payment.
- You’ll be redirected to a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”After subscribing to a paid plan, you can manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal:
- Update payment method
- View upcoming invoices
- Cancel subscription
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”All invoices and receipts are available on the Invoices page.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”To cancel your subscription, manage it via the Stripe customer portal or contact support. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Sprout (free) tier at the end of your billing period.
